The Opportunity
Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the team that designs, develops, and manufactures proprietary CNC robotic-based machines, tools, assembly platforms, jigs, and fixtures used in the production of distribution and medium-sized transformers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, experience with CNC machinery, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and coordinating with customers to meet their needs.

Brief Summary of the Positions' Primary Responsibilities
- Manage field engineering, project managers and the advanced manufacturing group.
- Lead team members daily to ensure assigned jobs are completed per the required scope, quality,
- and schedule.
- Manage all schedules for the team members, ensuring optimal efficiency related to
- responsibilities
- Manage master schedule and update according to GM input
- Arrange/prepare duties for team members to ensure all tasks can be completed according to
- project milestones.
- Ensure team members are meeting Health and Safety requirements along with all safe work
- procedures with proper sign offs
- Ensure team members' conduct is aligned with the “Staff Guidance Document for MTM
- Employees” and the employee handbook.
- Ensure all reports are completed on time and reviewed
- Generate and maintain the manpower allocation reporting and provide weekly reporting for
- manpower forecasting. Align all manpower approved vacations to the report per calendar week
- Develop and implement the operations schedule per requirements of each project, ensure 3 week
- board is complete with night shift tasks defined
- Ensure employees have proper tools and training to perform directed tasks
- Develop the build plans and direct all shifts of requirements and goals
- Support the company’s continuous improvement initiatives, including LEAN manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement corrective actions, and
- ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry quality standards and compliance requirements,
- integrating them into MTM's quality processes.
- Align manpower to manpower allocation reports and build plans
- Oversee and manage overtime requirements
- Align with mechanical and electrical construction managers
- Manage planning team budget
- Use and develop scheduling tools such as Gantt charts and build weeks
- Align and drive company initiatives such as SharePoint and ERP
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience, Education and Qualifications
- Required: 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an industrial equipment manufacturing environment.
- Required: 5 years senior level management experience.
- Required: A Valid Class 5F driver's license.
- Required: Clear Criminal Record Check.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
