Project Coordinator (Term) – Join Our Growing Team at ServcoCanada!

ServcoCanada Inc. is a proudly Canadian, privately‑owned industrial constructor with over 20 years of experience supporting large‑scale clients across the country. We’re known for our commitment to efficient project execution and regulatory excellence — and now, we’re looking for our next great teammate!

We’re seeking a Term Project Coordinator (junior level) for an approximately 6-month assignment based in Gillam, Manitoba on a 21/7 rotation. This position is demanding, but highly rewarding.

As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:

Set up and maintain schedules as a basis for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of projects
Prepare generic schedule templates to develop proposal schedules for prospective clients
Accurately track and report on project progress with respect to engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning
Identify time-critical situations, expedite and follow up to ensure materials, equipment, processes and paperwork are in place to support the project goal
Evaluate progress performance trends to identify potential impacts to workforce/schedule
Monitor, review and analyze the schedule and status of contractors during all phases of the project, including the analysis of any schedule deviations and corrective actions
Other duties as assigned

The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:

Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization
Resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba or surrounding area
Willingness to travel to the job site in Gilliam, Manitoba
Must have a mechanical background or be a recent engineering graduate
Construction experience is preferred
Ability to read drawings
Primavera experience
High proficiency in Excel
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
