Salary: $30.362 - $35.418/hr

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Clerk to manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, with a strong emphasis on generating accurate, timely financial reports from Microsoft Dynamics GP, particularly for funder and grant reporting. This role will also play a key part in supporting our organization's upcoming migration from Dynamics GP to a modern ERP system. The Finance Clerk submits medical billings, prepares reports and performs other finance-related functions as required.

Qualifications

Education

Grade 12 and completion of a recognized business or bookkeeping course

Skills, Expertise and Experience

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with working directly in Microsoft Dynamics GP is required
Business accounting or administration, preferably in a health care, community services or non-profit organization
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in accounts payable accounts receivable processes
Experience generating financial/GL reports from Dynamics GP for internal and external stakeholders is required
Comfortable working with Excel for organizing and formatting exported data
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet recurring deadlines
Experience with an ERP system migration to Sage Intacct, Dynamics Business Central, or similar is preferred
