We are happy to announce that Donovan Auto Group is growing! We recognize that service excellence begins and ends with our employees, and we are looking to add an amazing member to our team. We are currently seeking a full-time Appointment Coordinator to support our Bridgewater location.
Are You the Right Fit?
This role is the backbone of our customer communication. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will:
- Take all incoming calls and control the booking process
- Call customers for courtesy updates and follow-ups
- Reach out to schedule deferred work and prebooked appointments
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer care at every interaction
- Take ownership of the paperwork process throughout the shop
Automotive experience is an asset but not required—we will train the right person. What matters most is that you have excellent communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

You have the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service ability
- Excellent computer proficiency (scheduling software experience an asset)
- Automotive knowledge an asset, but not required
