Shift is looking for a highly engaged, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable and Office Administrative Professional. Our ideal candidate must be very organized, with a strong work ethic and solid verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Provide support for property management, facilities and project teams
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of sales, lease and other legal documents
Managing and coordinating bookings
Assisting in the preparation of reports and other documents
Point of contact for vendors, tenants and prospective purchasers
General office administrative support
Accounts payable for multiple entities
Project costing accounts payable
Credit card reconciliations
Assist in reconciliations as required
Other duties as required

Experience in office administration and/or accounts payable across multiple entities or projects is considered an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and QuickBooks experience is considered an asset.
Strong attention to detail, including the ability to work accurately with documentation.
Experience with legal documents is an asset.
Enthusiastic about contributing across multiple areas of the business and supporting evolving business needs.
