We’re looking for a Back of House (BOH) Manager to lead our kitchen operations and support the heart of our restaurant. Lead and manage all back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional food quality every day

Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members, cultivating a positive, productive team culture

Oversee food preparation, portioning, and plating to maintain consistency, presentation, and recipe standards

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen, enforcing all health and food safety standards

Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls to maximize efficiency and minimize waste

Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and General Manager on scheduling, labour planning, and staffing decisions

Monitor kitchen performance during service and respond effectively to real-time challenges

Proven Kitchen Leadership – 1+ years in a kitchen management role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment

Strong Culinary Background – Solid understanding of food prep, cooking techniques, and kitchen systems

Team Leadership Skills – A natural coach who leads by example and supports team development

Organized & Detail-Oriented – Able to manage multiple moving parts while upholding high standards
