Fluid Spa + Salon is seeking a Part-Time Spa Coorindator to join our diverse, growing team in Langley, BC! The largest Medi Spa in British Columbia, Fluid is located inside the Westlund Building; a state of the art facility with a modern design and high end finishes. We are well known for being booked in advance and are excited to be continually expanding our team to serve our clients best!
*Job Description:*
We are seeking a Spa Coordinator with a strong passion for the customer service industry to support our team of estheticians, hair stylists, RMTs and medical team and to provide exceptional service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of booking softwares, be eager to learn, and demonstrate a commitment to growth and learning. This role involves assisting with daily spa operations, booking and preparing clients for services, and helping maintain a clean and organized workspace.
MUST HAVE SATURDAY & SUNDAY AVAILABILITY
Key Responsibilities:
-Operating a multi-line telephone system
-Cash handling
-Product shipment & receiving
-Scheduling (experience with a booking software is preferred, but not required)
-POS systems, invoicing, CRM systems
-Handling and resolving any customer queries in professional manner
-Effective communication with team members to ensure smooth running of the Clinic
-Guiding clients to appropriate areas
-Checking in all clients
-Maintaining client notes, files & purchase histories
-Social Media posting
