About The Role
This is a contractor role, not a direct-hire employee position.
We’re not looking for a traditional cold caller.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to build conversations, create relationships, and help high-performing mortgage professionals grow their business.
At Jolt Mortgage Marketing, we help loan officers across the country generate more referral relationships, book more appointments, and scale without living on the phone all day. Our systems are built around consistent outbound activity, social positioning, database marketing, and real relationship building.
Your role is simple:
You start conversations that turn into booked appointments for our clients.
That means calling real estate agents, financial planners, builders, and referral partners on behalf of top-producing loan officers across the country.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls daily on behalf of mortgage professionals
- Building rapport with referral partners and prospects
- Booking qualified appointments directly into client calendars
- Following structured call flows while still sounding human
- Updating CRM pipelines and keeping notes organized
- Working closely with leadership to improve scripts and results
- Helping loan officers create opportunities they normally wouldn’t have access to

Compensation
- $20/hour base pay + performance bonuses
