Job Description
Dalco Services is a leading provider of abrasive blasting and protective coating application services throughout Western Canada.
We are currently recruiting Sandblasters and Coaters to support our field operations. We are looking for experienced workers and site supervisors.
This is a full-time employee position, that works at various job sites throughout Canada.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Sandblaster:
- Knowledge to execute specific surface prep requirements as well as troubleshoot and maintain blasting equipment
- Sandblasting experience required and Bristle Blasting experience an asset
- Perform tasks with a special focus on safety of themselves and others in their work area
- Always maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Ability to follow complex instruction and attention to detail are required
Coaters:
- Spray Urethanes, 100% Solids Epoxies & Polyurea's to specifications
- Ability to run a plural component pump an asset
- Brush and roll coatings to specified thickness
- Experience with HV and LV holiday testing
- Trouble Shoot and Maintain Pumps (Airless, Plural Component etc) as well as HVLP guns and pressure pots
Minimum Requirements
- Self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Safety & Team Orientated
- Ability to travel for work
- Highly organized, able to prioritize project requirements / schedules provided by others
Qualifications
- 2+ years sandblasting or coating in an industrial setting preferred
- Punctual, Engaged & Fit for Duty
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Good communication skills
- Drivers License an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34.04-$54.47 per hour
