We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Relations Manager to drive referral growth and strengthen partnerships across the healthcare system in Kingston, ON.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding referral networks with hospitals, retirement homes, long-term care facilities, physicians, discharge planners, and community organizations. You will play a key role in increasing client referrals and conversions and strengthening our presence in the local healthcare community.
This is a high-impact, field-based business development role for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship building, and measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow strong referral relationships across hospitals, retirement residences, LTC homes, clinics, rehabilitation centres, hospices, and community agencies
- Conduct regular outreach visits and relationship-building meetings within your assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and convert referrals into active clients
- Deliver presentations, in-services, and educational sessions to healthcare professionals and community partners
- Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community engagements
- Execute strategic outreach plans to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) including calls, visits, pipeline activity, and conversion tracking
- Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service coordination
- Monitor territory performance and report results, insights, and opportunities on a weekly basis
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, territory management, or community relations
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, medical sales, or related fields
- Proven ability to build referral networks and generate new business
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based, results-driven role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s licence, insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle
- Post-secondary education in business, healthcare, marketing, or related field preferred

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
