Description complète du poste

Position: Construction Administrative Assistant
Location: Kingston, ON
Type: Existing vacancy
Hours: 35 hours per week
Compensation Range: $54,000-60,000

Role & Responsibilities:

Provide diversified administrative support to our Construction Department in a fast-paced office environment
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets, contracts, and meeting minutes
Accounts Payable
Preparing bi-weekly payroll file
Assist in onboarding of new team members
Responsible for a variety of general office duties
Carry out special projects
Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline is preferred
Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
High level of technical competence using computers, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Autodesk, Yardi and internet usage
Excellent keyboarding skills
Strong work ethic
Professional articulate manner
High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
Efficient time manager with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
