Precision Assembler
Overview
Join a leading medical device manufacturer where your precision and attention to detail help produce life-impacting products. In this role, you will perform small-part assembly for fetal monitoring units in a clean, organized, and quality-driven environment. You’ll work at an individual station, completing your portion of the product and supporting a smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities

Perform micro-assembly of very small, delicate components (smaller than typical phone parts)

Use precision tools such as tweezers, pliers, crimpers, adhesive guns, and small presses

Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality

Complete assembly tasks at an individual workstation and move work through production flow

Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks

Maintain focus and precision during repetitive, detail-intensive work
-
Meet production targets while keeping a clean, organized workspace
-
Follow GMP standards, safety procedures, and team processes
What You Bring
-
Experience in fine or small-part assembly (strong asset)
-
Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle very tiny components with precision
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
-
Good eyesight (with or without correction) for detailed work
-
Reliable with strong attendance
Nice to Have
-
Medical device, electronics, or micro-assembly experience
-
Eyeglass or phone repair experience
-
Interest in learning and advancing into technical roles
