Want to be part of a fun, local, family-owned pharmacy? Pharmasave Airport Village is looking for a friendly, reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team, with a strong focus on our in-store Post Office.
We are a small location, which means everyone helps a little bit everywhere. While this role will include front store and pharmacy retail Point of Sale duties, the main focus will be serving customers through our Post Office.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, can stay calm and organized during busy moments, and takes pride in getting the details right. Post Office work requires accuracy, patience, and the ability to follow procedures carefully.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help with:
- Working the pharmacy retail Point of Sale
- Serving customers at the Post Office counter
- Operating a computer Point of Sale system
- Receiving and accepting mail items
- Sorting, scanning, sequencing, and batching mail items
- Transferring and loading mail for postal pickup
- Dispatching parcels and packets
- Completing reports and documentation accurately
- Answering phones and taking messages
- Helping keep the front store, Post Office, and customer areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Lifting mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg / 50 lbs

Experience
Post Office, retail, pharmacy, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required. We are happy to train the right person if they bring the right attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
