About Delcara
Delcara Health Coach Agency is a first-of-its-kind, real estate-style licensing model for certified health coaches. Founded in Kelowna, BC in 2025, Delcara bridges the gap between certification and a thriving practice — giving coaches a proven seasonal wellness framework, done-for-you marketing tools, business systems, and a professional community so they never have to build alone.
We serve two audiences: certified health coaches (B2B) who license our program to grow independent practices, and conscious consumers (B2C) who access seasonal wellness experiences, coaching, and curated publications through our platform.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative, self-directed Marketing & Brand Coordinator to lead the development of marketing assets and campaigns that support both our B2B coach recruitment efforts and our B2B2C consumer-facing presence. This is a hands-on contract role where you will work closely with our founder to bring the Delcara brand to life across every channel.
You will be the person who ensures our visuals, sales materials, social media presence, and event collateral consistently reflect the warmth, professionalism, and seasonal philosophy at the heart of Delcara.
Key Responsibilities
B2B – Health Coach Recruitment
- Design and produce persuasive sales materials and pitch decks to attract certified health coaches to the Delcara Agency Program
- Create and maintain the Health Coach welcome packet and onboarding branding kit
- Develop coach-facing email campaigns, landing page copy support, and recruitment sequences
- Produce “Day in the Life” content, coach spotlight graphics, and testimonial assets
- Build out B2B outreach collateral aligned with Delcara’s messaging for industry associations and referral partners
B2B2C – Consumer Brand & Seasonal Campaigns
- Design seasonal social media templates for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn that coaches and HQ can customize
- Build and schedule seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with Delcara’s four-season calendar (Launch, Mid-Season Reset promotions, End-of-Season Retreats)
- Create seasonal wellness educational content — recipes, ritual graphics, habit trackers, challenge assets
- Support the Delcara Wellness Podcast with cover art, audiograms, and promotional graphics
- Develop lead magnet materials (e.g., Seasonal Reset mini-offer promotions) and supporting visuals
Annual Retreat & Events
- Lead planning, coordination and brand execution for end-of-season retreats
- Design all event collateral: invitations, signage, digital assets, event programs, and post-event recap content
- Coordinate logistics timelines, vendor communications, and promotional roll-out for the annual Delcara retreat
Brand Stewardship & Systems
- Maintain and expand Delcara’s Canva template library, ensuring brand consistency across all assets
- Work within Delcara’s Brand Style Guide and Messaging Book to ensure visual and tonal alignment
- Organize and manage a shared asset library so coaches can easily access and customize approved materials
- Explore and implement AI-assisted workflows (Claude / PaperClip) to automate repetitive design and content tasks
What You Bring
Required
- Proficiency in Canva (brand kit management, template creation, multi-format exports)
- Strong visual design instincts with an eye for warm, nature-inspired, premium aesthetics
- Experience creating B2B sales materials, pitch decks, and onboarding documents
- Social media content creation experience across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Exceptional written communication and ability to adapt to Delcara’s warm, professional brand voice
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently and directly with a founder in a fast-moving early-stage company
Assets / Nice to Have
- Experience with PaperClip or openness to learning AI Agent-based tools to streamline content workflows
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Go High Level, or similar)
- Event coordination or retreat planning experience
- Knowledge of or personal interest in health coaching, wellness, or seasonal living
- Experience supporting a B2B licensing or franchise-style brand
What Success Looks Like in Your First 4 Weeks
- Deliver a core set of B2B sales materials ready for coach recruitment outreach
- Produce a seasonal social media template suite (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for both HQ and coach use
- Begin building a Canva asset library organized by season and campaign type
- Establish a clear understanding of Delcara’s brand voice, seasonal calendar, and coach community
- Identify at least one workflow that can be automated or improved using AI/Agent tools
