Medliv is offering an excellent independent practice opportunity for an allied health professional who already has an established practice, or is prepared to actively build one, in a prime Kelowna location. This dedicated office space is located in a Medical Professional Building, directly behind Kelowna General Hospital and across from Okanagan Lake.
This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, professional practitioner who is interested in operating independently within a well-positioned, healthcare-focused environment with strong visibility, convenience, and access to a complementary medical community. The successful candidate must hold active licensure with a recognized regulatory college in British Columbia, bring an established business or client base, and demonstrate the ability to continue growing their practice within our clinic. They must also be confident and capable in marketing their own services.

Responsibilities

- Maintain all required professional licensing, insurance, and regulatory standards
- Deliver client-centred care in a respectful, ethical, and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and follow applicable privacy and professional requirements
- Foster a positive experience for clients within a shared professional environment
- Collaborate respectfully with neighbouring professionals where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Must hold active licensure with a recognized regulatory college in British Columbia, as applicable to your profession
- Must be in good standing with your governing body, college, or association
- Must bring an established business, client base, referral stream, or demonstrated ability to build and grow a successful independent practice
- Must be adept at marketing and promoting your own services
- Professional liability insurance, if required for your profession
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent care
- Ability to work independently and manage your own practice.

Compensation / Practice Arrangement
This is an independent contractor opportunity and not a salaried employee position.
The successful practitioner will be responsible for marketing, maintaining, and growing their own client or patient base. Income will be generated through practitioner billings under an agreed revenue split model, together with a monthly office rental arrangement.
Estimated annual income potential may range from $40,000 to $150,000+, depending on profession, schedule, services offered, marketing efforts, and client volume. This range is provided for advertising purposes only and does not represent a guaranteed salary or wage, as this is a revenue-generating independent practice opportunity, not an employed position.
