Aline View Construction is a home builder and renovations company serving the Columbia Valley. We are a fast growing company with many types projects on the go and we are looking for someone to grow with us.
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter or Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in carpentry and construction. This individual will work under the guidance of experienced carpenters, gaining hands-on experience and learning essential skills in various aspects of carpentry/homebuilding/renovations
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, concrete
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Participate in various building installation duties related tasks.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks.
- Assist with the managers and stakeholders to ensure project timeliness and quality.
- Supervise apprentices or follow the managers instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Has own tools
- Has own vehicle
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and working in various environments.
In this line of work there are always new things to learn, new problems to work around, and plenty of hands on building.

Perks:
Fall/winter Shifts are 830-430 8 hr days M-F (Summer shifts 7-5 10 hr days 4 days on 3 off!)
We regularly take the crew for lunches, drinks, golf, boating etc,
We're a very easy going crew who are here to teach and help, not bark orders and throw tools.
