Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, hardworking, reliable, and skilled Concrete Finisher/Laborer to join our dynamic concrete finishing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete finishing tasks. Duties
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping freshly poured concrete using hand tools and power tools.
- Assist with rebar installation and wire mesh-ensuring reinforcement is properly placed
- Operate heavy equipment for placement and site preparation.
- Support carpentry and masonry tasks related to formwork, scaffolding, and structural elements for concrete projects.
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, setting up forms, etc.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven concrete experience with a focus on concrete finishing
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic equipment maintenance.
- Experience with concrete forming, flooring installation, rebar/wire mesh, and restoration work is highly desirable.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards.
- Valid G License
- Experience an Asset

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
