We’re looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Expeditor to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The Expeditor plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Duties
- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Ensure that all food safety and handling guidelines are followed to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to food orders.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations within the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Experience with food handling and preparation techniques is a plus.
- Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing transactions effectively.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
