What You’ll Do
- Work on multi-family residential and commercial construction projects
- Assist skilled tradespeople and site supervisors as required
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
- Complete site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and general labour duties
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow workplace safety procedures and project instructions
- Take on new responsibilities as your skills and experience grow
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, carpentry, or property maintenance is considered an asset
- Multi-family residential or commercial construction experience is an asset
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a construction environment
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred
- A satisfactory criminal record check is required
