· Prepare, stamp, and seal survey drawings, grading plans, and associated legal documents for submission to land registry offices and municipalities
· Conduct as-built surveys, volume calculations, and certification drawings as required
· Provide input on project planning, including scope definition, effort estimation, and survey-related considerations within zoning and development approvals
· Assist with proposal preparation, client coordination, and project delivery
· Coordinate and oversee field operations, including data collection (GNSS, total stations), control networks, and crew supervision
· Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (including the Surveys Act, Land Titles Act, and Registry Act) and maintain high standards of accuracy and documentation
· Participate in both field and office work, including data processing, drafting, and reporting
· Mentor staff and act as Articling Principal where applicable

· Contribute to the development and growth of the firm’s surveying and geospatial services
· Work collaboratively to develop efficient and practical workflows for project delivery
· Manage multiple projects concurrently and balance field and office responsibilities
· Ensure adherence to health and safety policies during field operations
· Regular field work required, including early mornings, outdoor conditions, and travel within Southern Ontario
Requirements:
· Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS), in good standing with AOLS
· 7+ years of Ontario surveying experience, including cadastral and topographic work, with a minimum of 5 years of post-commissioning cadastral surveying experience as a licensed Ontario Land Surveyor.

Assets:
