POSITION
Reporting to the Projects Manager, in the role of Projects Administrator . You will be a key contributor in a multi-disciplinary team where you will help with projects management and coordination.

Key responsibility areas
-Assist construction team with travel accomodations
-Open new construction projects in BuildOps
· Prepare, create, and manage project folders.
· Gather and organize project files (shop drawings, insurance, contracts, …), helping our design team.
· Prepare, create, and manage project management sheets
· Receive, manage, and send projects safety documents.
· Help with project coordination (phone/email follow ups, lookup/request information,
· Prepare, create, and manage closeout documentation.
-Other duties as assigned.
TRAINING, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
· Strong team player.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organization skills. Highly meticulous nature, strong attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Strong computer skills, including typing and saving of files.
· Experience with BuildOps & Sharepoint are considered an asset.
· Construction experience considered an asset.
· Excellent customer service experience.
