Reception & Administrative Coordinator

Enframe Construction is looking for a Reception & Administrative Coordinator to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative responsibilities and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while keeping office operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in supporting our daily operations through reception, payroll administration, employee records management, and accounting support. Depending on the successful candidate's experience and skill set, additional responsibilities, including safety program administration, may be incorporated into the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and provide professional front desk reception services
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 30–40 employees
- Maintain employee personnel files and training records
- Administer the company's employee benefits program
- Perform Accounts Payable data entry and administrative support
- Assist with Accounts Receivable administration
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Provide general administrative support to management and the office team
- Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned
- Opportunity to administer the company's Safety Program, depending on experience
Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in an administrative, reception, or office support role
- Experience processing payroll
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with:
- Sage 50
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Drive
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Experience administering employee benefits
- Experience maintaining employee records and training documentation
- Experience with workplace safety administration or safety programs
