Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a motivated, agile, perceptive individual to join our team as a Manager of HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead, engage, and inspire teams through change and organizational transformation, while bringing an analytical, process-oriented approach to their work.

Who you are
You have a worked within a multi-dimensional, geographically distributed organization. You have 5 to 7 years management experience in a complex regional environment, including oversight of teams responsible for high volume transaction processing. You have demonstrated experience in change management, project management and process improvement. You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Certification in project or change management is considered an asset.
Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.
What you will do

Lead, coach, build capacity, and develop a team supporting high volume HR administrative and transactional processes

Build a high performing, customer focused team culture grounded in accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement

Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of core HR services across the full life cycle of the employee

Ensure consistent, standardized service delivery of services across all facilities

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centre's of Excellence, HR Analytics, Payroll and leaders

Champion seamless and positive employee experience across HR touchpoints

Lead and support HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including process redesign and system enhancements

Manage the impact of change on staff and clients, ensuring adoption of new processes and systems

Develop and implement communication and training plans to support changes

Serve as the operational subject matter expert
