Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. The position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and efficiency are highly valued.

Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
Support administrative tasks such as preparing and proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office workflow and timely completion of tasks

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and file management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document proofreading
