The Opportunity. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Execution Specialist to be the central coordinator who turns customer opportunities into revenue. You will be the go-to-person connecting Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to keep orders moving smoothly from quote acceptance through delivery and completion – proactively solving problems, keeping everyone in the loop, and making sure customers get a fast, professional experience every time.
What You Will Do
- Own execution of assigned customer orders and opportunities from receipt through completion, keeping things accurate, on schedule, and on budget.
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, including international requests, and handle transactional or one-off local account requests directly.
- Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to remove roadblocks and keep customer commitments on track.
- Expedite critical orders and escalate issues before they become problems.
- Support revenue and margin goals by keeping orders moving efficiently from quote to invoice.
- Spot opportunities to improve how the team works and help build better processes along the way.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Service, or Commercial/Project Coordination
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Excellent communication skills – comfortable talking to a customer, a finance partner, and an operations lead in the same afternoon and making sense to all three.
- A problem-solver’s mindset and high attention to detail.
- Comfort with ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in industrial services, oil and gas, manufacturing, or energy is a strong asset.
