Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician who is passionate about precision repairs, including structural and non-structural panel replacement. Whether you are just starting out as a Year 1 Auto Body Technician or you are a seasoned Red Seal professional, we would like to meet you. In return, we offer competitive pay ranging from $22 per hour up to $40 per hour for Red Seal certified, experienced master technicians. A moving allowance will also be provided for candidates relocating from other provinces, as the work location is Estevan, Saskatchewan.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collision Repair Mastery: Take pride in your craft—metalwork, welding, refinishing, and precision repair. Demonstrate your attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Technical Brilliance: Confidently work with vehicle systems, follow OEM repair procedures, and perform pre- and post-scans to industry standards.
Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team and communicate effectively with customers to ensure smooth, high-quality repairs from start to finish.
Time Management Rockstar: Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional workmanship and efficiency.
Quality & Safety First: Deliver top-tier repairs while prioritizing safety and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Physical Power: This is a hands-on role that involves lifting, moving, and working with tools, equipment, and vehicles throughout the day.
Mentorship: Lead by example and support apprentice technicians, helping them grow their skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Red Seal Certified or any relevant certification
- Passion for Autos: A genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and all things cars
- Top-Notch Skills: Strong experience in structural and non-structural panel replacement with proficiency in hand and power tools
- Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues with accuracy and precision
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills when working independently or as part of a team, with both colleagues and customers
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks on a daily basis
- Certifications: I-CAR, OEM, and CCC certifications are considered a strong asset

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM with an hour of unpaid lunch break and 2 15 minutes of paid coffee breaks.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 532 Nesbitt Dr, Estevan, SK S4A 1A8, reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required). Moving allowance will be provided for right person
