We are seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to join our team. This role is suited to an individual who is highly organized, detail oriented, and interested in developing within the financial planning profession. This position provides direct exposure to comprehensive planning, ongoing client relationships, and the internal processes of a growing advisory practice.
This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with existing clients to collect and confirm financial information
- Prepare, edit, and format financial plans and annual review materials
- Manage the preparation and delivery of client documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and internal tracking systems
- Support the planning team with workflow and process coordination
- Assist with general administrative functions tied to client servicing
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
- Organized, methodical, and reliable in day to day work
- Comfortable communicating with clients and working within a team environment
- Interest in financial planning or the financial services industry
- Previous experience in financial services is an asset, but not required
