Join a growing practice in the heart of Nanaimo!

Malaspina Dental Centre is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team. Located in a rapidly growing area of central Nanaimo, our practice is experiencing strong growth and currently welcomes 20-40 new patients per month, providing an excellent opportunity to build a thriving schedule and long-term patient base.

We are looking for a dentist who is committed to providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive environment. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a newer graduate seeking mentorship, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop and present personalized treatment plans
Provide restorative, preventive, and emergency dental treatment
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide an outstanding patient experience
Uphold the highest standards of patient care, ethics, and professionalism

Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals
Eligible for CDAnet participation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
New graduates are welcome to apply
Interest in mentorship and professional development is considered an asset
