Kingfisher Pacific Resort and Spa is an award-winning destination nestled in a stunning oceanfront setting. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in data entry and all communications
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Must be able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer relations would be ideal, preferably in hotel reservations or a front desk environment.
- Applicants must be flexible with work schedule. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
DUTIES:
- Ensure inbound calls are answered in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that proper selling techniques are utilized to sell Kingfisher Oceanside Resort and Spa.
- Ensure all paperwork reservations, emails, and voicemails are completed or responded to in a timely fashion.
- Answering all inquiries pertaining to individual hotel stays, spa services.
- Complete all duties as assigned by supervisors and managers
- Regular schedule WILL INCLUDE WORKING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
APPLICABLE SKILLS:
- Excellent customer relations and typing skills with professionalism on the telephones.
- Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Eager and focused to exceed guest expectations.
