Our Spa Retail Associates are dedicated to providing guests with exceptional customer service that reflects our high standards and stellar reputation. Job Responsibilities include:
- Completing weekly and monthly inventory counts and entering the data into our operational system
- Using your inventory counts to stay on top of what we need to order
- Helping Assistant Manager to create a minimum and maximum number of products needed on hand at all times
- Maintain the visual merchandising of the retail floor to, and making sure sizes and colours are fully stocked
- Keeping our retail storage organized and updating any systems that need to evolve to do so
- Counting and entering received orders into our operational system
- Maintain a sales quota of x dollars per month
- Following protocols with guest check in/out
- Assisting guests with retail inquiries and clothing try-ons
- Knowledge of resort spa services and all retail products

Guest Service Experience Required.
Previous Hospitality or Spa Experience required.
Previous Retail/Merchandising Experience required.
First Aid Certification an asset.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays, according to business demand.
Compensation listed based upon hours worked, including average received retail commissions.
