RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quality check and control of in-progress work orders
- Assign work orders to contractors once QA has been completed
- Track work orders from beginning to end to ensure compliance with program requirements
- Revising work orders with any changes required after initial audit
- Communication regarding outstanding work orders
- Assisting with process of invoice packages
- Prepare and set up new contractors in the program
- Handling contractor and customer issues and escalating when necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to manage day-to-day tasks with ease and independence
- Microsoft program experience an asset
- Strong in verbal, written and visual communication
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
