About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing interior design and home staging company known for creating beautifully curated spaces across the GTA. Their team thrives in a collaborative, energetic, and design-focused environment where professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail are highly valued.
As the company continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced, hands-on Mover & Team Lead to support staging installations, oversee moving logistics, and help lead on-site crews during furniture and décor setups.
This is not a traditional residential moving role. The work takes place inside professionally staged homes and design projects where presentation, teamwork, client interaction, and care for furnishings are extremely important.
The Opportunity
This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in leadership, and can confidently guide a small team in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be responsible for helping coordinate daily moving/staging activities, loading and unloading furniture and décor, organizing trucks efficiently, assisting with installations, and ensuring projects run smoothly and professionally on-site.
The ideal candidate brings both:
- Strong moving/logistics experience, and
- Experience leading or supervising a team
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support staging crews during installations and furniture moves
- Load, unload, wrap, and transport furniture and décor safely
- Organize moving trucks efficiently and securely
- Assist with furniture placement and staging layouts
- Coordinate workflow on-site to keep projects running smoothly
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Ensure homes are treated with care and respect
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory movement
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Support occasional longer days or schedule flexibility during busy staging periods

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of moving, logistics, delivery, or staging experience
- Previous experience leading crews, supervising staff, or coordinating teams
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in high-paced environments
- Required: Experience driving larger vehicles such as trucks and cube vans
- Valid full driver’s license with a clean driving record required (no special licensing required)
- Experience in staging, interiors, furniture installation, or design-related environments is an asset
