By focusing on tenant representation, we provide our clients with independent advice and act as an extension of their internal team. Our role is to help companies understand the market, evaluate opportunities, negotiate effectively, and make real estate decisions that support their business objectives.
We are growing our Toronto team and are looking for a licensed real estate agent who is interested in building a long-term career in commercial real estate advisory.
The Role
This is an opportunity to build a career in commercial real estate with a focus on tenant representation and leasing.
As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Titan York, you will work with businesses across the GTA to understand their real estate needs, identify market opportunities, tour properties, evaluate leasing options, and support clients through the full transaction process.
This role is entrepreneurial in nature. Advisors are expected to build relationships, generate opportunities, manage client conversations, and deliver results. Titan York provides training, mentorship, deal support, and a collaborative in-office environment to help advisors grow.
Commercial real estate experience is preferred, particularly leasing experience, but it is not required. We are open to speaking with licensed agents who are driven, professional, and interested in developing within the commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with businesses across the GTA
- Prospect and develop new client opportunities
- Introduce Titan York’s tenant representation and advisory services
- Lead discovery conversations to understand each client’s business, space usage, timing, budget, and long-term objectives
- Research market opportunities and identify suitable leasing options
- Tour properties with clients and evaluate potential spaces
- Coordinate with landlords, listing agents, architects, space planners, contractors, and other transaction stakeholders
- Assist in preparing market surveys, proposals, letters of intent, and lease transaction materials
- Support lease negotiations on behalf of tenant clients
- Manage the transaction process from initial requirement through to completion and occupancy
- Maintain organized client, prospecting, and deal activity records
What We Are Looking For
- Valid real estate license
- Interest in commercial real estate, tenant representation, and leasing
- Commercial real estate or leasing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with business development
- Ability to prospect, follow up, and manage a pipeline
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
- Ability to work from our Toronto office
- Basic proficiency with business software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Compensation
This role includes a base salary in Year 1, with adjusted commissions until a defined performance target is reached.
Once the target has been reached, the role transitions to commission-based compensation. Draw options may be available thereafter.
