We are currently expanding our B2C division and are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our lead generation and customer conversion systems.
This is NOT a corporate marketing position.
We are looking for someone who understands local service business marketing, lead generation, customer follow-up, and online conversion systems.
Candidates with experience in home services, renovation, construction, flooring, windows & doors, contractor services, or other local service industries are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook & Instagram lead generation campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Generate and manage inbound leads from Facebook, Google, website, and other online platforms
- Qualify incoming leads and collect project details
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers
- Assist with on-site visits and measurements, prepare project quotations, coordinate project details with customers, and help ensure all quotations and project information are accurate and aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
- Organize and manage leads inside GoHighLevel CRM
- Assist with automation workflows, pipeline management, and lead tracking
- Assist with website updates, landing pages, and online marketing activities
- Work with video/photo content for ads and social media
- Monitor and improve lead conversion performance
Requirements
- Experience with Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads
- Experience generating leads for local service businesses
- Experience with GoHighLevel CRM is strongly preferred
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
- Must be comfortable working in-office
- Experience with automation systems or AI tools is a plus
- Experience in construction, renovation, flooring, windows & doors, or home service industries is a major bonus
- Basic understanding of measurements, layouts, or renovation/construction environments is a plus
- Creative sense for video/photo marketing content is a plus
