Pay Rate: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
About Us
Tomorrow’s Drivers is hiring professional, reliable, and enthusiastic driving instructors across the Greater Toronto Area, with an immediate focus on the York Region. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching, take pride in their work, and are committed to helping students become safe, confident, and responsible drivers for life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, one-on-one, in-car driving lessons.
- Prepare students thoroughly for their G2 and G road tests.
- Teach defensive driving techniques and safe road habits.
- Build confidence in nervous or beginner students behind the wheel.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with students and parents.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Certification: Must hold a valid Ontario Driving Instructor Licence.
- Insurance: Must possess proper, valid Driving Instructor Insurance (Commercial Auto Insurance for instructional use).
- Language: Must speak and write English fluently to effectively communicate complex driving maneuvers and safety rules.
- Licence & Record: Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record (abstract required).
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a patient, professional teaching demeanor.
