The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As an Installation Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are installed correctly and function optimally for our customers.
Duties
- Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functionality of installed systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installations or equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless installation processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during installations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to installation techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
