Ninja Janitorial Inc. is currently hiring a Commercial Cleaner position for various locations in the Fraser Valley.
We are looking to fill some or all of the shifts each week as specified below.
Current shifts available with the approximate hours are as follows:
- Sunday night (into Monday morning) 6 to 7 hours
- Monday (into Tuesday morning) 4 hours
- Thursday night (into Friday morning) 6 to 7 hours
- Friday night (into Saturday morning) 4 hours

In addition to the above shifts there will be opportunity for extra hours.
Payday is twice a month.
Training is provided, janitorial experience is valued but not required.

The Commercial Cleaner position scope of work may include but is not limited to:
- working with team members for scheduling and coordinating
- filling out check sheets and equipment maintenance protocols
- Progress reports
- Training newly hired team members
- Phone and email communication

The scheduled cleaning technician scope of work may include but is not limited to:
- Driving a van
- Alarm and security systems (arming/ disarming, locking up, signing in and signing out)
- Flat dust mop (sweeping) and wet mopping
- Wiping mirrors, high contact surfaces, counter tops, sinks and the outside of toilet and urinal basins
- Scrubbing walls and partitions (monthly)
- Removing stickers, tape and scuff marks with a scraper blade
- Floor wax stripping and waxing
- Completing regularly scheduled check sheets
- Cleaning and tidying work vehicles

The following are required:
- Living in the Fraser Valley
- Criminal Record check ($50 and refunded after the first month)
- Able to commute to the company vehicle in each night Mission (there is no public transit at start and end of shifts)
- Able to drive a work van confidently in all weather conditions (driver’s abstract is required)
- Smartphone with email and Google Calendar
- Able to work with others in a team environment
- Physically able to bend, crouch, kneel, walk on slippery floors, and able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Capable at times to work alone and accomplish tasks unsupervised
- Able to work night shifts
- Able to fill in for shifts when others are sick or away
- Regular at completing scheduled maintenance check sheets

6 month probationary period.
