Are you ready to kickstart your career in the insurance industry? We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Agents.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your sales and communication skills while helping clients protect what matters most. You’ll connect with prospective clients, explain insurance options, identify their needs, and help them find suitable coverage.
No previous insurance experience is required — training and support will be provided. A Life & Health insurance license is an asset, but you do not need to be licensed to apply.
This is a fully remote, work-from-home opportunity available to candidates located in Canada or the United States.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through phone and virtual meetings
- Explain insurance products, options, and benefits clearly and professionally
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build strong relationships
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions regarding insurance products
- Maintain accurate client information, documentation, and follow-up records
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining professionalism and compliance with industry requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Qualifications & Experience
- No previous insurance experience required — training will be provided
- Previous experience in sales, retail, telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with and assisting a variety of clients
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset
- Life & Health insurance license is an asset, but not required to apply
- Must be located in Canada or the United States
- Must have a reliable internet connection, computer, and suitable work-from-home environment
