As a key member of the Stampede Toyota team and reporting to the Controller, the Automotive Document Scanner will work with the accounting department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry.

Stampede Toyota is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a part-time Scanner.

Summary:

The Automotive Document Scanner is a detail-oriented and trustworthy individual responsible for scanning customer files and other important documents. The individual must be highly organized and capable of working independently.

Major Responsibilities:

Operation of computers and scanning equipment for scanning production. Starts, stops, feeds, and tends to a high volume, repetitive cycle, production machine
Prepare documents for scanning
Load documents into scanner while maintaining order of input and output
Monitor scanning process and troubleshoot problems as necessary
Perform quality checks by verifying electronic images on the screen and correcting any scanning malfunctions
Inspect master and scanner output against standard quality control criteria to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
Responsible for cleaning and daily maintenance of scanners
Adhere to assigned work schedule
Maintain a clean workstation
Participate in maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Other duties as may be assigned

Work Environment:

3–4 days per week, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of work experience in related field with working knowledge of scanning equipment and processes
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in an efficient manner
Intermediate PC hardware and software knowledge
Detail oriented with good organizational skills
