About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Chestermere, Alberta, for a two-year term, hybrid opportunity. This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment role responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across multiple positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment, with strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. This position is focused exclusively on recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a high volume of open positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruitment methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable employment legislation and company policies.
- Participate in recruitment events as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
- Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and online recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
