Position Available - Sunday-Saturday (7am to 3:30pm)

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Work along with other kitchen members to prep and execute various meals including soups, salads, hot entrees and canapés.
- Basic daily prep may involve, sauces, butchery, dressings and fruit/produce prep
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Communicate ingredient ordering needs to the chefs
- Attention to delivery times and assuring orders are ready prior to their scheduled delivery
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates are hardworking, reliable, fast, organized and possess great attitudes
- Candidates should have at least 2-3 years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to lift +50 lbs
- Catering experience is an asset
