Project Manager – Full-Time
Top Pick Painters is hiring a Project Manager to join our growing team in Belleville, Ontario. This is a full-time, onsite position paying $70,000–$110,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses.

What You'll Do
- Manage residential painting projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate project schedules with customers, crews, and subcontractors.
- Conduct project kickoff meetings and ensure crews have everything required for success.
- Visit active job sites to monitor quality, safety, production, and customer satisfaction.
- Complete quality control inspections and final walkthroughs.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule while meeting a minimum gross profit target of 60%, while consistently working toward our company goal of 65%+ gross profit through effective planning, production management, quality control, and change order management.
- Track project documentation, change orders, and completion paperwork.
- Coach crews and subcontractors to maintain Top Pick Painters' quality standards.
- Work closely with the sales and office teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Represent Top Pick Painters professionally at every customer interaction.
