As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational, financial, and resident experience performance of a portfolio of residential communities across the Wasaga beach region. Reporting to the Regional Director, Residential Operations, Land Lease East, you will lead and develop a team of Community Managers and, through them, oversee a diverse team of on-site professionals, including maintenance, grounds, administration, and seasonal staff. You will provide strategic direction, operational guidance, and coaching to support high-performing teams and thriving communities. Key responsibilities include budget development and management, capital planning, operational excellence, resident relations, team leadership, and ensuring the effective management and long-term success of your portfolio. Partner with Human Resources on employee relations matters, including recruitment, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Lead performance and development discussions for c ommunity m anagers, providing regular coaching, feedback, and support.

Experience and Qualifications:
Proven experience in property operations within the real estate, residential housing, hospitality, or related industry.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, including people leaders and front-line employees.
The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $90,000-$96,000.
