- Provide day-to-day problem solving on the shop floor (fit-up issues, interferences, missing details, alternate solutions).
- Ensure designs consider manufacturability, safety, lifting/rigging, and realistic tolerances for heavy fabrication.
- Assist Sales/Estimating with conceptual layouts, basic models, and preliminary BOMs to support quotations and scope definition, when required.

- Experience creating and maintaining BOMs and working with ERP/MRP systems; JobBOSS² or similar ERP experience is an asset.
- Strong general computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel, for BOMs and simple calculations).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to catch drawing/design issues before release.
- Good communication skills, able to work with shop personnel, sales, engineers, and suppliers in a practical, solution-focused way.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime if required.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This is a full-time weekday position. Additional hours may be required from time to time based on operational needs.
