National Nutrition is looking for a highly organized, energetic Shipping Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of the action.
This is not a desk job. It's a hands-on role for someone who likes to stay active, solve problems, and take ownership of keeping operations running smoothly.
As a Shipping Assistant, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the flow of orders through our fulfillment process. You'll organize work for our billing and packing teams, anticipate bottlenecks before they happen, and make real-time decisions that keep production moving efficiently throughout the day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the link between our picking, billing, and packing teams, you'll help ensure customer orders move efficiently through every stage of the shipping process.
- Organizing and staging customer orders for billing and packing.
- Prioritizing orders based on workflow demands and changing production needs.
- Managing the movement of orders throughout the shipping department.
- Setting up and maintaining efficient workstations for billers and packers.
- Keeping packing stations fully stocked and ready for production.
- Monitoring workflow and proactively addressing bottlenecks before they impact productivity.
- Supporting picking, billing, and packing teams as priorities shift throughout the day.
- Identifying opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and overall workflow.
- Taking initiative to determine what tasks need attention most urgently and acting without waiting for direction.
