We are seeking a reliable and organized Driver to join our Commercial Laundry team. This is a physically active, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll ensure linens, towels, and sheets are collected and delivered across 16 hotels, 2 spas, and other businesses in Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise—on time and in excellent condition.
As part of our Commercial Laundry team, you’ll be essential in maintaining high service standards, supporting both delivery operations and laundry processing, and ensuring guest comfort through clean, properly handled linens.
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a company-owned van to deliver laundry to BCP properties and businesses
- Load and unload commercial-sized laundry bins, ensuring proper handling and secure transport
- Deliver and pick up laundry items according to schedules, following instructions accurately
- Verify delivery orders, track bin counts, and maintain accurate records of items delivered and returned
- Communicate with internal departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues
- Assist in the laundry facility as needed, including organizing, moving, cleaning, and processing linens
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks, reporting issues promptly
- Adhere to all health, safety, and traffic regulations while working efficiently and independently
What We’re Looking For
- Class 4 driver's license with a clean driving record, or Class 5 with willingness to upgrade
- A physically active, hands-on individual with the strength to push, pull, and load heavy commercial laundry bins
- A reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team player with excellent time management
- Strong communication skills in English and a guest-focused approach when interacting with multiple departments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and maintaining a clean, respectable vehicle
