Are you ready to take the next step in your career and grow into a leadership role? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to support our Executive Housekeeper and help lead our team to continued success.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience by maintaining high cleanliness standards and supporting the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations
- Maintain and uphold hotel quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate team members in a fast-paced environment
- Complete daily assignments and report maintenance or mechanical issues
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces to ensure standards are met
- Ensure guest privacy and room security at all times
- Collaborate closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams
- Lead by example by contributing positively to the hotel leadership team
- Foster and promote our “Caribou” culture in all aspects of work
- Ensure a safe work environment by following all health and safety procedures
- Step in to assist with cleaning duties as needed, including:
- Changing linens and towels
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Dusting and vacuuming
- Removing garbage and recyclables
- Take on additional responsibilities to support team and business needs
What You Bring
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team in a high-energy environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
