We are looking for passionate CCA's to be part of our Homecare team in Victoria County. If you live in any of those surrounding areas and are interested in this great employment opportunity, click the link BELOW!
Reporting to the Home Support Supervisor, the CCA/HSW is responsible for providing service to clients in accordance with the individual care plan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Meal preparation
- Provide respite for families and care givers
- Documentation (e.g., reporting client concerns, progress notes, incident reports)
- Completes other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Continuing Care Assistant Certificate, PCW Certificate or be a current PLAR candidate
- Nursing/LPN students currently enrolled in a program
- Students of Continuing Care Assistant Program (CCA) who are about to complete the program
- Completion of Standard First Aid and CPR C
- Dementia care course
- Availability to work days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and clinical skills

Pay: $20.41-$24.17 per hour
