About We Manage IT
We Manage IT is a growing Managed Services Provider based in the Lower Mainland. We deliver IT support, project work, cloud services, and strategic consulting to SMB clients across a range of environments.
We focus on building reliable, scalable systems and delivering a high standard of service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for strong technical people who can take ownership, work independently, and help raise the bar across our client environments and internal operations.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior IT Systems Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT support and has a proven track record and expertise in the full Microsoft 365 lifecycle. We need someone who can take ownership of technical issues, deliver projects cleanly, and operate confidently in a client-facing MSP environment.
You must be located in the Lower Mainland, and willing to commute to Langley everyday
This role combines hands-on project delivery with senior-level support and escalation work. You will lead and execute infrastructure projects such as server upgrades, Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune deployments, cloud transitions, and network upgrades. You will also act as a senior escalation point for complex issues that require strong troubleshooting, sound judgment, and lasting solutions.
This is a key role on our service delivery team. The person we hire will have a direct hand in how we support clients, how we deliver projects, and how we continue to improve our standards, processes, and technical maturity.
The right candidate is technically strong, organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across different client environments. You should be able to work independently, communicate clearly, and represent the company well with both end users and senior stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues, providing high-quality troubleshooting and resolution
- Plan, lead, and execute IT infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, Microsoft 365 migrations, Intune deployments, cloud transitions, and network upgrades
- Perform root cause analysis and implement durable fixes rather than short-term workarounds
- Maintain accurate documentation, create knowledge base content, and provide clear handoffs and guidance to Tier 1 technicians
- Work directly with clients, vendors, and internal team members to ensure services are delivered professionally and on time
- Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities within client environments
- Make practical, well-reasoned technical recommendations that improve reliability, security, and maintainability
- Manage tickets, time entries, and project tasks accurately within PSA and ticketing systems
- Travel to client sites across the Lower Mainland as needed for project work and on-site support
- Represent We Manage IT professionally in client interactions, including with leadership and decision-makers

Be prepared to walk us through your specific SOPs for tenant hardening and your logic for structured tenant deployment.
