Purpose
This position entails building customer relationships, an eye for detail and the ability to work with specialized equipment and products. The individual needs to be organized, punctual, and able to manage one’s time efficiently. This position provides all company services as required to multiple industries such as restaurants, schools, gyms, healthcare, manufacturing, and childcare facilities. Salary: $25 an hour
Schedule: 6 AM - 3 PM. Working hours are generally Mon-Fri.
Availability: Full time (4-5 days)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform specialized restroom sanitizing and disinfecting services.
- Drive a company‑provided van to customer locations.
- Build strong relationships with customers by connecting with them and delivering excellent service.
- Maintain all equipment required to perform the job. Repair soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers.
- Deliver hand towels, toilet tissue, and other restroom and kitchen supplies.
- Maintain your assigned route, including service completion, paperwork, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Earn additional income by providing product solutions to customers.
- Primarily remote, working throughout the Greater Vancouver Area.
Qualifications and Skills: If you have worked in housekeeping, facility maintenance, janitorial services, or various service-oriented industries – or if you are eager to learn and grow – we encourage you to apply!
- The ability to speak English (bilingual is a plus!).
- Ability to work independently after training.
- A clean driving record and vehicle.
- A valid driver’s license
- Own a vehicle with full time access for work
- A smartphone that is in good working order with a data plan that works.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds.
- A desire to work hard and make good money keeping things sanitized and tidy!
Working conditions
Job duties include hands on cleaning of restrooms and repairing dispensers at customer locations. Good knowledge of hand tools, drills and basic machinery needed.
Physical requirements
The job requires physical lifting, bending, standing, and moving equipment on a regular basis.
